A motor that runs but doesn't move the door usually means an internal gear has failed, a straightforward same-visit repair.
Erratic behavior, random reversing, or a dead unit often traces back to the logic board or a failed capacitor rather than the motor itself.
Lost remotes, a keypad that won't accept a new code, or safety sensors out of alignment are quick fixes with the right diagnostic approach.
When repair no longer makes sense, we install belt, chain, or direct-drive openers sized correctly for your door's weight and cycle needs.
